New Payment Accounting Company

Vantage Communities is no longer using Property Pay (1st Citizen's) to process on line payments. To continue with online payments, you will needs to set up an account with the new company, Zego Global Payments. Please click on the link below and follow the step-by-step instructions to set up your new account. You will need your account number from your Vantage statement. If you do not have this, please contact our office at 360-866-0717 and we can help you. As always, you may still drop off your payment at the office or in the drop box after hours.

2025 Parking Permits
2025 Parking Permits are now available at the office.  Permits are required for parking at the Clubhouse parking lot and at the launch gate parking lot.  Two resident permits and one guest permit are free.  Additional permits are $10 each.  Please bring make, model and license plate numbers of vehicles to receive permits.

CBHOA provides notary services to members free of charge.  Please see Tianne, Member Services and Notary Public at the Club House.
