Architectural Committee

The Architecture Committee shall have the authority to approve or disapprove building permits that are not otherwise restricted. No building shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot, part or portion of the property until the construction plans and specifications and a site plan showing the location of the structure and the grading of the lot have been reviewed and approved by the CBHA Architecture Committee for conformance with the adopted rules of construction of the CBHA and for quality of workmanship and materials.

Meetings: 1st Friday of the month at 10:00 AM at the Clubhouse. (as needed)
Parks & Rec and Events Groups

Come to a meeting or call with ideas for events for our community.  You do not need to be a member of the Events Group to volunteer for one event or many.

Group Members: Elizabeth Carr, Ilona Munsen, Judy Parry and Marcia Rugg.

Meetings: Events 2nd Tuesday of each month 1:00 PM at the Clubhouse (as needed)

                  Parks/Rec 2nd Thursday of each month 6pm at the Clubhouse (as needed)
Marina Group

Advisory group for the operation and improvement of the Marina, Boat Launch, and Docks.  All boaters are encouraged to be on the marina emails by contacting the office.  That way all boaters can have a say in what is happening, and to voice their suggestions. 

Chair: Shannon Soto

Committee Members: Richard Achroyd, Ray Bradford, Elizabeth Carr, Vern Jensen, Deanna Rodkey, Marcia Rugg and Eric Wright.

Meetings: The second Wednesday each month 6:00 pm at the clubhouse (as needed).
Water Committee

Chair: Richard Allard

Committee Members: Chris McCord, Roy Evans, Chris Petit, Brian Gibson, Sandra Marsh, John Krenik. 

Meetings: Second Tuesday of each month, 1:00-3:00 PM
