CBHA Groups

Architectural Committee

The Architecture Committee has the authority to approve or disapprove building permits that are not otherwise restricted. No building shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot, part or portion of the property until the construction plans and specifications and a site plan showing the location of the structure and the grading of the lot have been reviewed and approved by the CBHA Architecture Committee for conformance with the adopted rules of construction of the CBHA and for quality of workmanship and materials.

Meetings: 10am in the Clubhouse 3rd Friday of the Month, or the Friday prior to the Board Meeting in Holiday Months
Parks & Rec and Events Groups

Come to a meeting or call with ideas for events for our community.  You do not need to be a member of the Events Group to volunteer for one event or many.

Meetings: Events: 2nd Monday of each month 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse (as needed)

                  Parks/Rec: 2nd Thursday of each month 6:00 PM at the Clubhouse (as needed)
Marina Group

Advisory group for the operation and improvement of the Marina, Boat Launch, and Docks.  All boaters are encouraged to be on the marina emails by contacting the office.  That way all boaters can have a say in what is happening, and to voice their suggestions.

Meetings: The 3rd Thursday each month 6:00 pm at the clubhouse
