August Board Meeting
The August HOA Board Meeting is Tuesday, August 25, 2026 6:00 PM at the Clubhouse.  The meeting can be accessed on your computer via Zoom.  Please see the instructions under Quick Links on the left side of this page.

2026 Parking Permits
2026 Parking Permits are available at the HOA office.  Permits are required for parking at the Clubhouse parking lot and at the launch gate parking lot.  Two resident permits and one guest permit are free.  Additional permits are $10 each.  Please bring make, model and license plate numbers of vehicles to receive permits.
Notary Public Services

CBHOA provides notary services to members free of charge.  Please see Tianne, Member Services and Notary Public at the Club House.
