Office Hours Thursday 4-2-2026
Thursday, April 2, 2026, the office will be open at approximately 12:00 PM.  I you have an emergency pump request, please call the shop at 360-866-8135 and leave your name, address and phone number.  If you are leaving a payment, you may leave it in the drop box.
Temporary Office Hours
CBHA Office Hours will be temporarily shortened due to staff vacation during March 24th through April 14th.  Hours will be Tuesday through Thursday, 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM during this time.  If you have an urgent pump request, please call 360-866-8135.  Please leave your name, address of the property, and a contact number.  Thank you.
2026 Parking Permits
2026 Parking Permits are available at the HOA office.  Permits are required for parking at the Clubhouse parking lot and at the launch gate parking lot.  Two resident permits and one guest permit are free.  Additional permits are $10 each.  Please bring make, model and license plate numbers of vehicles to receive permits.
Notary Public Services

CBHOA provides notary services to members free of charge.  Please see Tianne, Member Services and Notary Public at the Club House.
