Dumpster Day July 11th

There will be two large dumpsters on site at the Maintenance Shop on Saturday the 11th. Gates will open at 7:30am and will continue until the dumpsters are full. The following items are not accepted for the dumpsters:

 

  • Televisions
  • Carcasses
  • Dirt/Sand/Sod
  • Yard Waste/Grass Clippings
  • Rock/Gravel
  • Bricks/Concrete
  • Car Parts/Tires
  • Hazardous Materials such as paint, oil, liquids, and bio-hazards

2026 Parking Permits
2026 Parking Permits are available at the HOA office.  Permits are required for parking at the Clubhouse parking lot and at the launch gate parking lot.  Two resident permits and one guest permit are free.  Additional permits are $10 each.  Please bring make, model and license plate numbers of vehicles to receive permits.
Notary Public Services

CBHOA provides notary services to members free of charge.  Please see Tianne, Member Services and Notary Public at the Club House.
