Kayak Meeting Notes
Please click on the link below to see the notes from the Kayak Rack meeting that took place on January 19, 2025.  All boats, kayaks, canoes, etc. must be out of the racks by February 20, 2025 for rack maintenance.  If you need help removing your kayak/boat, please contact the office.

2025 Parking Permits
2025 Parking Permits are now available at the office.  Permits are required for parking at the Clubhouse parking lot and at the launch gate parking lot.  Two resident permits and one guest permit are free.  Additional permits are $10 each.  Please bring make, model and license plate numbers of vehicles to receive permits.
Notary Public Services

CBHOA provides notary services to members free of charge.  Please see Tianne, Member Services and Notary Public at the Club House.
