This Weeks Events

Office hours will be limited this week due to the holidays.  Monday we will be open 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Closed Tuesday and Wednesday, Christmas Eve and Christmas; Open Thursday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM;  Open Friday regular hours, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.  

Exercise classes will be held as usual Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Seated exercise from 11 AM - 12 AM).

 
Christmas Decorations Contest Winner

The winner of this years outdoor Christmas Decorations contest was 10214 Windward Drive.  The winner was selected by ballot submissions from residents and received a beautiful gift basket.  Cruise around the community and enjoy all of the festive decorations.

Approved Rules and Regulations Changes

This month the CBHA Board completed three regulatory reviews of our Rules and Regulations. These reviews resulted in updates that will align with new regulatory requirements.  We had a great turnout for the Rules and Regulations Review. The process has been completed and the new rules will become effective Jan. 1, 2025.  Please click below to see the adopted changes.
