In an effort to make board meetings accessible to those who can't be there in person, Carlyon Beach HOA will start live-streaming board meetings beginning the next board meeting on September 26th, 2023.

Please note that this is a new process, and we're still learning about the best way to do this. Your patience is appreciated, and your suggestions are welcome! A few notes about Zoom meetings:

• We have a VERY large community (over 600 households!), and a small, volunteer-only board. For this reason, Zoom meetings will be view-only. We will not be allowing commentary on Zoom (via chat or audio) at this time, to ensure an efficient meeting.
• Your input is still valued. Please continue to submit comments to the board via the form on our website, or emailing your comment to memberservices@carlyonbeachhoa.com. Comments received the Wednesday before the next board meeting will be read and reviewed at the next meeting.
• Please make sure you have the Zoom app installed on your device before the meeting. You do not need a Zoom account to join. The Zoom link should provide you with access once the meeting begins.

As we get the hang of this, we may open up Zoom meetings for member commentary, but we want to be respectful of everyone's time.
