New CBHA Accounting Service

Vantage Community Management has been selected by the Board of Trustees to provide bookkeeping support for the Association.  Mike Haskett will be serving as the Association Manager for the community and will be in the office on Tuesdays and will be attending the owner town halls, Board work sessions, Board Meetings, and annual meeting for the community.

Owners can still drop checks off at the clubhouse which will be picked up weekly by Mike and post-dated to the drop off date.  Owners can also mail their checks to Vantage’s office in Lacey: 8290 – 28th Ct NE, Ste C, Lacey, WA 98516. Checks are processed and deposited to the Carlyon Beach checking account daily.
