Important Notice to All Beachgoers

We had a near-miss incident at Carlyon Beach due to increased water activities like swimming,  kayaking and paddleboarding during the hot weather. As you're aware, we are in the midst of replacing the dock, and recent events have highlighted a serious safety concern.

Please Stay Clear of the Anchor Lines and New Dock Area.

Someone recently moved the anchor lines, which caused our new $300,000 dock to drift into the pilings. Thankfully, no damage occurred, but this could have been far worse. If the safety of this area continues to be compromised, we may have to restrict access to the beach for water activities. We do not want to take such measures, but we must ensure everyone’s safety.

We kindly ask all visitors to avoid the anchor lines and stay clear of the new dock during this construction period. Your cooperation is crucial.

New Payment Accounting Company

Vantage Communities is no longer using Property Pay (1st Citizen's) to process on line payments. To continue with online payments, you will needs to set up an account with the new company, Zego Global Payments. Please click on the link below and follow the step-by-step instructions to set up your new account. You will need your account number from your Vantage statement. If you do not have this, please contact our office at 360-866-0717 and we can help you. As always, you may still drop off your payment at the office or in the drop box after hours.

2025 Parking Permits
2025 Parking Permits are now available at the office.  Permits are required for parking at the Clubhouse parking lot and at the launch gate parking lot.  Two resident permits and one guest permit are free.  Additional permits are $10 each.  Please bring make, model and license plate numbers of vehicles to receive permits.

CBHOA provides notary services to members free of charge.  Please see Tianne, Member Services and Notary Public at the Club House.
